REVOCATION

You have the right to terminate this Agreement within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not a carrier, the goods (or the last good, partial consignment or piece of a single goods contract Ordering or delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or items) or from the date of conclusion of the contract - in the case of digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (eg CDs or DVDs) - without giving any reason to revoke ,

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Blauband GmbH, Gartenstr. 14, 65812 Bad Soden am Taunus) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can submit your declaration electronically (by e-mail to mailservice@blauband.com), by fax to +49 (0) 6196 2047599 or by post.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and that you have returned the goods within the deadline defined below.

Consequences of the cancellation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments for the purchased goods we have received from you and we will reimburse you for the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Such repayment will be made immediately and no later than fourteen days, subject to the below-mentioned circumstances, from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract is received. For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. For the repayment we do not charge you any fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You have to bear the regular costs of the return, if the delivered commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euro or if you with a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation still not the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge. Non-parcels are picked up at your place.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for you to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of revocation does not exist or expires with the following contracts:

• for the supply of goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been removed after delivery or which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; 
• supplied with sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package and the seal removed after delivery; 
• for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs; 
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded; 
• in the case of services, if shop.trollkids.com / trollkids.blauband.com has fully furnished them and you have taken note prior to the order and have expressly agreed that we can start providing the service and you lose your right of withdrawal if the contract is completely fulfilled; 
• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts; and 
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the purchase contract, but whose delivery can be made only after 30 days and whose actual value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.
